REFLECTIONS ALONG THE WAY

From the desk of Steve Macchia
Dear Friend,

Leadership Transformations passed over the threshold into our 16th year of ministry on July 1, and we are poised to have our best year yet, thanks be to God. Jim Collins in his book Good to Great calls long term effectiveness “the flywheel effect” – momentum that’s enjoyed after years of a relentless pursuit of one’s mission. For us, that missional focus is on the spiritual formation of leaders and teams. Thanks be to God, LTI is experiencing our own “flywheel effect” in the organic, relational, and systemic growth that comes from a team who prayerfully discerns the “now,” in order to effectively determine the “next” – and what you see below is the net positive effect. I’m profoundly grateful for the LTI Team, without whom this ministry would not be in such a sweet season of service to the body of Christ. Rejoice with us, and all for the glory of God!

In Christ alone,

Founder & President

Transform Your Leadership. Transform Your Congregation and Community.

It’s challenging for leaders to infuse their ministry settings with transformational practices necessary to bring about heart and soul change in healthy, life-giving ways. In this seven-session, interactive symposium, we invite leaders and teams to explore readily applicable pathways that will aid you in facilitating biblical, contemplative and Trinitarian priorities with those God has called you to serve.

UPCOMING FALL EVENTS
TWO FALL ENNEAGRAM WORKSHOPS!

SATURDAY, OCT 5
Washington, DC

WEDNESDAY OCT 16
South Hamilton, MA

The Enneagram has been increasingly recognized as a helpful tool for self-awareness and discipleship with roots in Christian spiritual theology. More than a personality test that describes our strengths and weaknesses, the Enneagram examines the virtues, motivators, defense mechanisms and "deadly sins" that lie underneath the surface. This workshop presents a distinctly Christian approach to using the Enneagram for discipleship. A portion of the workshop will be spent introducing the Enneagram through a biblical and theological lens. Each registrant will take an online WEPSS Enneagram assessment in advance of the workshop. With detailed and personalized results in hand, we'll spend the morning together exploring the self-discovery insights offered by this ancient tool.
