2014: More Than 5,000 Leaders Served!
It has been an amazing year and we are so grateful to God
as we look back and give thanks.
  • New Additions to the LTI Team in 2014:
    • Jeremy Stefano: Minister of Spiritual Formation
    • Trish Trewern: Executive Assistant
    • Jim Smith: Sabbatical Coach
    • Mike Chuli: Board Chairman
    • Dave Beatty: Board of Directors
    • Jean Kingston: Board of Directors
    • Joe Krivickas: Board of Directors
  • Emmaus: Spiritual Leadership Community commenced cohort #8 with 36 members. We introduced a 3rd year of curriculum and doubled the number enrolled in the optional Certificate in Spiritual Leadership.
  • Selah Certificate in Spiritual Direction began cohort #7, maxed out at 25 current participants. “Selah-West” coming to Phoenix, AZ in 2015.
  • 45 churches and 2,723 individuals participated in a "church-wide listening exercise" using our Church Health Assessment Tool (CHAT). 
  • Pierce Center for Disciple-Building at Gordon-Conwell Seminary; our 11th year mentoring 60 fellows providing soul care across three campuses.
  • New: Fridays at Retreat House offering two Colloquium seminars and one Soul Sabbath each semester. More to come in Spring 2015.
  • Steve Macchia and Rick Anderson made their 8th trip to Eastern Europe; 6th year investing in pastors and leaders in Moldova.
  • Launched “LTI Publications” with 5 book releases in 2014. New resources added to our online store: www.SpiritualFormationStore.com.
