Reflections Along the Way

From the Desk of Steve Macchia

LTi Turns 10!

On July 1, Leadership Transformations turns 10! It's hard to believe a decade of service to the body of Christ is now behind us … and the future that awaits is brighter than ever! As we turn the page into our 11th year of ministry, we are devoting Monday, July 1 as a DAY OF FASTING AND PRAYER for Christian leaders and teams. If you'd like to join us, please consider the following:  FAST for one meal, half of your day, or a full 24 hours. PRAY for the leaders and teams that you know the best and love the most (from your church;  local, national or international ministries; your business or other network). Ask the Lord to quicken the hearts of His leaders to attend to the Word of God, the whispers of God in prayer, and the will of God in fulfillment of their vision and mission. Inquire of the Lord as to ways you can come alongside these leaders and teams to aid, encourage, or equip them in their areas of service. Invite the Spirit of God to refresh and renew you in the various places you are leading others toward Christlikeness and into the fulness of the abundant life. As you pray, keep a journal of your thoughts, reflections, readings, and prayers. If you're willing, please share with us about this experience so we can all be encouraged by your prayerful commitment to leaders and teams within your reach. God bless you as you engage with us in this most important way … on this day of festive celebration and joy!
